Different Types of Tea

There are four main types of tea:

  • Black Tea
  • Green Tea
  • White Tea
  • Oolong Tea
All these are made of sheets of Camellia sinensis tea plant known. Other herbal teas such as chamomile, ginger, or red tea rooibos fact sheets are disqualified as types of tea as the tea plant is not part of your process. The difference between the four variations of your tea is being prepared. Also, each type of tea has another flavor and more health benefits.

1) Black Tea

3) White Tea
White tea is less common and more expensive than other types of teas mentioned above. Fuijan originated in the province, China, white tea is made of young leaves of Camellia sinensis, which are undergoing a process of smoke or fry, fermentation and drying inactive. The leaves are harvested while the outbreak are still covered with white hair, so it is called white tea. The white tea has the sweet taste and delicate compared to other types of tea. Moreover, it contains the smallest amount of caffeine and the largest amount of antioxidants that help prevent cancer as well as keep you awake playing dice in a casino.

4) Oolong Tea
The traditional Chinese tea is a classic companion to meals such as Chinese dim sum and chop suey in American Chinese restaurants.
